Continuous online mixing of fracturing fluids allows all chemical additives to be added during the application process, enabling real-time adjustment of chemical and fluid formulations, and providing instant on-site mixing capabilities. Adjusting the amount of fluid based on actual needs eliminates waste and improves construction efficiency.
The fracturing fluid continuous online mixing and blending vehicle consists of power system, hydraulic system, powder system, mixing (liquid dispensing system), liquid adding system, automatic system, and chassis vehicle.
